When to Start Potty Training Your Child

When do you start potty training your kid? It’s one of those calls that most first-time parents are unsure of. Be prepared for a patient teaching period that may take between 3 to 6 months. There are degrees of independence when it comes to a child’s potty training. A child can be considered to be truly potty trained when it can make it to the potty without soiling itself, flush, and clean itself on its own. This can take time and most kids need some help or supervision till they reach the age of three or four years.
